I work with the Admissions Advising team at Berklee Online. I recruit qualified candidates for non-degree undergraduate and graduate study, and manage inquiries from prospective students via telephone and email. I advise current and prospective students on non-degree courses and programs in accordance with their qualifications and objectives, and help prospects, students and parents navigate the educational planning process. This means wielding a detailed and up-to-date expertise on the curriculum and school policy, and being able to communicate about these subjects clearly and directly. This also means cultivating an empathetic relationship with my clients so that I can understand them as deeply as possible and help them reach their goals in music.In addition to individualized advising, I host live Q&A webinars, and have facilitated live workshops and masterclasses held for our students via Zoom. I make consistent outreach to prospects and enrolled students, and participate in call projects to ensure that our enrollment goals are met and that our students are satisfied with their experience and the level of service we provide. Internally, as a team member I participate in the hiring process for all applicants to the Admissions Advising team, and am responsible for providing training and support of any new team members. I keep in touch with all parties involved in enrollment and admissions, and work seamlessly and professionally with these other teams to achieve company goals. I maintain our customer service database using Salesforce - the information I maintain is also used for customizable research and marketing purposes.

I have experience recording in various studio settings, from state-of-the-art to DIY.Touring/Performance: My touring experience includes extensive national U.S. touring, as well as international experience (UK, EU, China). I am easygoing and adaptable on the road and at the gig. I come prepared with everything needed to put on a professional performance.Other Skills: I have an advanced working knowledge of music theory and ear training concepts. I write and arrange music and lyrics regularly. I play the bass guitar and the keyboard with proficiency. I am also a vocalist, singing harmony and lead during performances and in-studio with groups I play in. I can work in ProTools and know microphone placement techniques. I have experience with live sound and venue management.
