This also better aligned with the newer EDS Required Standards for SAN connectivity. • Created AOPS detailed standards in server deployments, in regards to the in-depth knowledge of “Server Hardware Platform kits.” This created better server stability and better hardware monitoring capability integrated with WMI scripts and existing SYSEDGE monitoring tools. This directly related to less SEV1 and SEV2 outages.• AOPS strict SLA custom requirements were met and exceeded, and customers pleased with the service received from the Windows administration team.• Developed custom team training methods, by use of standard windows Media Player technologies for instant real-time playback, and /or live interactive sessions, based on technologies and services that were developed and supported.• Maintained a “Go-To” resource for all Wintel team member technical questions.• Promoted to team lead and ran a L3 team of 3 United States based server administrators, and 5 over-seas administrators.• Developed strong communication and leadership skills within the team, conducting team building exercises focusing on strong customer communication skills and a winning support attitude.• Used Microsoft SharePoint services to create a central communication center for documentation, automation script library, various team calendars for scheduled work tracking and project tracking of all ad-hoc projects.

Industry standard best practice procedures are now being used as the standard for other teams and offerings.• Additional support of both State Government accounts & UK Government restricted accounts.• Promoted to team lead to oversee a Level3 team of 3 United States based server administrators, and 5 non-United States administrators.• Incorporated existing tools by use of HPSA (OPSWARE), UpdateEXPERT, WSUS, SystemEdge, and combined custom VB Server Scripts.• Participated in “Go to Green” customer satisfaction plan for the largest AOps Windows customer. Customer who had previously been in ongoing critical red satisfaction status, was elevated beyond “Green level”, instead to highest “Blue Level” due to implementation of Microsoft best practice standards in both clustering and working with MS Database and SAN Storage teams.
