The Inclusive Banking team analyses which hurdles certain people and groups experience during their interactions with the bank. It is our goal to take these hurdles away, giving everyone equal opportunities in banking.• Giving presentations, trainings, and workshops about the commercial and societal opportunities of becoming more inclusive as financial institution• Identifying business opportunities regarding our female clients by creating new data insights about gender gaps in our client base (e.g. on sector level, client segment level, product level)• Setting up business cases for new propositions• Managing projects

• Monitor, analyze and structure a project portfolio of ca. 100 projects and report to (i.a.) senior management• Set up, improve and implement processes, way of workings and reports to increase effectivity and efficiency• Manage stakeholders from different levels of the organization (e.g. senior managers, program managers, project leads, and business consultants)

• Help organizations becoming more effective by resolving bottlenecks, optimizing processes, or reorganizing departments• Develop improvement plans that include concrete action points and tools for the client organization• Involve people within the client organization in brainstorming about solutions and improvements, as they are the ones who will implement them• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses and transforming data into valuable insights, for instance, through dashboarding• Performing financial calculations for various real estate exploitation scenarios
