Later, as COO and CFO, I led numerous strategic initiatives to automate business functions, improve operational effectiveness, and grow into new markets. Today, with CPG advertisers and publishers facing a noisier, faster-paced business environment, I’m Chief Product Enrichment Officer and COO at NCS. In this role, I’m accelerating our next wave of innovation initiatives, using emerging technologies like machine learning to drive greater value and faster insights for our clients. Prior to NCS, I was a financial leader with The Nielsen Company, where I moved through positions of increased accountability for sustaining the financial health of the organization.I’ve learned how to run operations and communicate in a global team setting, gained a deeper understanding of the importance of a focused approach driving improvement, and discovered what it takes to be a great leader.I bring an energetic and positive attitude to every role, and focus on rewarding performance and providing constructive criticism that keeps individuals excited about meeting the next challenge.
