Initially employed as an Internal Audit Manager, Jeff conducted numerous audits, including environment management, legislative compliance, energy trading and settlements and crisis management. Hisrole also included Board reporting.After 12 months Jeff was selected to provide strategic support to complete the transaction structure and due diligence for the $920 million national energy retailer, Pulse Energy, to Shell Australia and Woodside Petroleum.Post this transaction, he managed the data verification process for the listing of Uecomm Ltd on the ASX.After three years Jeff decided to establish his own consulting business to leverage of the PwC and United Energy experience.
