Explored technologies for home use of older adults. Leading a team of six to design, implement and deliver Mather's device distribution and digital literacy program. This program featured a robust curriculum to help older adults explore technology and get support using new devices that were provided to them. This concept was piloted both on tablets and smart speakers with a variety of different populations around the Chicagoland area. In addition, supervised a variety of technology training, implementation support and Instruction on various other operational products.
