Working closely with outside campaign counsel, Scout Executive, and over 20 volunteers to develop strategy (size, timing, phases, organizational approach) for, and then execute, the Council's first ever capital and endowment campaign. Priorities for the $10M campaign include significant capital improvements at the Curtis Read Scout Reservation in Brant Lake, NY and the Durland Scout Reservation in Putnam Valley, NY so the Boy Scout and Cub Scout Camping programs can be expanded; creation of a Properties Endowment to support planned maintenance at the Council's three properties; creation of an Operating Endowment to expand delivery of the Scouting Program to "at risk" communities, to hispanic communities, and throughout traditional surburban communities. Provide leadership and coordination for the Council's annual fundraising program aimed at families with youth in the Scouting program in Westchester and Putnam counties. Grew the program from raising $140K during 2004 to $300K during 2011 by significantly increasing the percentage of families participating and by insuring an in-person appeal was made each year to all Cub Packs and Boy Scout Troops.

Initiated and co-chaired JFC's first capital and endowment campaign which raised $1.5M. Enabled the temple to retire mortgage on building, undertake a number of capital building projects, and create an endowment for building maintance and adult programming. Also served as chair of five Auction & Dinners and four Comedy Night events, which in total raised over $200K for the temple.
