Consulting Managers also provide career direction, working to get consultants connected to the technologies in which they are interested. Consulting Managers conduct satisfaction surveys to capture feedback on consultant performance at client sites and provides that feedback to the consultants during performance review cycles.I continue to engage clients as a consultant on a part time basis, developing .NET 2.0 class libraries and Windows Forms applications for a variety of needs, using technologies such as C#, user controls, and the .NET P/Invoke model. I also provide architectural review services to clients in the area.
