The GM will assist in devising action plans and practices within these departments which will aid LVL: Marketing, Accounting, Information Technology, Training, Risk Management, Fleet Maintenance, Facilities, Purchasing, Human Resources, Security and In-Vehicle Surveillance. • The GM will have direct supervision of and responsibility for the following specific LVL departments: Drivers/Chauffeurs, Dispatch, Guest Service Agents, Airport Operations, Sales and all others as assigned. • The GM will implement new ideas to grow the business, manage all aspects of Profit and Loss for LVL. The GM will prepare and or assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports as needed and make presentations to senior management. Additionally the GM will assist in the preparation of the Annual Operating Plan for the business along with managing the business to achieve the Annual Operating Plan and managing the business on a monthly basis to the Annual Operating Plan • Teach, coach and implement customer service policies that are aligned with company standards.
