Vice President, Branch Manager
CurrentUtilize in-depth, expert knowledge of personal and business bank financial products, services, insurance and investment products, lending options, and product promotions to improve sales productivity and maximize revenue. Manage sales, service, support, training, and development of six branch employees to reach and exceed revenue goals, increase core deposits, loan growth, customer retention, acquisition, and expansion for growth and profitability. Develop, support, and expand on personal, business, and community relationships. Engage and assist customers with financial accounts, maintenance, referrals, error investigation, and resolution. Maintain awareness of local competition to drive sales and improve customer relations. Source, interview, and hire new employees facilitating the on-boarding process. Create and deliver mid-year and year-end performance evaluations for all team members. Meet with team on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to review progress towards meeting branch revenue, sales and service requirements, providing feedback, discuss and enhance cross-selling techniques, product knowledge enhancement, review and improve customer experiences, and monitor individual progress. Conduct team meetings focused on sales strategies, promotions, campaigns, operational changes, security, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. Active member and committee member of the Woodbridge Metro Chamber of Commerce, coordinating and taking part in local community events, meeting with business partners, community leaders, members, and local businesses owners. Serve on internal bank sales, service, and operational committees, including Branch Automation Committee, Resource Hub Development and Enhancement Committee, and Product Committee. Assist with the conversion of bank branches from three acquired banks; Team Capital, SB One, and Lakeland Bank; providing operational and sales support.
