There are two things I love about my career: identifying the right solutions for my clients and training new employees using my sales and solution models. To efficiently serve my clients, I need to develop the right strategy at the onset of each new project and combine that with a solution model that results in the best overall outcome.My career (teenage years) essentially started working on a farm. It progressed into the family construction business, followed by the Air National Guard while I obtained my degree. After college I was introduced to the recruiting world which eventually landed me in my current role. All of these opportunities instilled a strong work ethic that has been engraved into my core.
