Special projects included creating and updating Visio/PowerPoint infrastructure server and cabling diagrams, Excel spreadsheets, as well as other procedural document creation and updating. Also assisted in moving the corporate headquarters from Willow Grove to Fort Washington, and was responsible for setting up the local user workstations. Worked with the long distance carrier on several occasions to troubleshoot international phone line problems to and from the Global Help Desk and Sales offices.

Responsible for the monitoring and troubleshooting of jobs and backups on 20+ IBM AS/400 (I Series) Systems, as well as multiple midrange servers. Monitored Unix batch jobs through Autosys & Openview. Ran and maintained two high-speed Xerox laser printers and two impact printers.
