Manage the daily income audit of all revenue and expenses transactions, and record them properly in the accounting software. Prepare other miscellaneous accounting entries to properly record business and financial transactions. Establish, maintain, and promote internal and external controls. Facilitate communication with Management and Ownership. Prepare journal vouchers, general ledger reconciliations, and numerous analyses including P&L variance, Event Reporting, and Aging. Generate monthly close of financial statements; prepare management reports concerning purchases, sales and inventory. Ensure all accounting entries and authorizations are in compliance with Company Accounting Standard Operating Policies and GAAP.
