Kom de dynamische site zelf ontdekken en invullen. Door mijn ervaring in de horeca mocht ik me vastbijten in de centrale plek 'De Bar' van De Serre. In overleg met het team kozen we voor drankpartners en leveranciers waar die vooral dezelfde missie hebben als ons project. Duurzaam, bio, ecologisch en lokaal namen we als referentiepunten in de ontwikkeling van ons gamma, met een mooi divers aanbod als gevolg. Om enkele voorbeelden te geven van items die in ons gamma zitten: Marie Stella Maris water, BOS ice tea, Coccinelle, Ter Dolen, Cristal Alken.Mijn uitdagingen binnen dit project zitten zich in: afvalverwerking en vermindering maar ook een diverse, lokaal aanbod blijven uitbouwen.
