I'm leading Digital Experience initiatives at State Street, where I'm currently focused on user experience for a new Risk and Operational Resilience reporting and management platform. With over 18 years of experience in digital experience strategy and product management, I have a passion for creating and delivering great digital experiences that work across channels and devices to delight and empower customers.In my current role, I'm also building and implementing a structured digital product management process to support the development, deployment, and adoption of the platform. I work across the organization globally to coordinate with business and IT counterparts, ensure proper alignment and delivery, manage risk and information security challenges, and oversee the organizational governance model. This role allows me to leverage my skills in creative and collaborative problem-solving, strategic thinking, lifelong learning, and empathetic leadership to help my colleagues and team members reach their full potential.
