The last 12 years I have been directly involved in asset management.....Additionally on the deal side including partnership development in a variety of hospitality ventures from small suburban repositioning and rebranding to city center development including the entitlement/permitting process from A-Z. I am seeking to co-invest side by side (and pari-pasou) with like minded investors who, like myself, are interested in either new development, or preferably assets in need of repositioning or sotherwise distressed.
