I manage internal and external investigations, pursuing civil remedies and referring individuals and entities to law enforcement agents and prosecutors for prosecution. I focus on illegal behavior involving counterfeit trafficking, major frauds (including sales and diversion fraud and warranty fraud), employee frauds and thefts, and computer intrusions.
