I have had the privilege of recruiting, hiring, developing, promoting, coaching and advancing truly gifted professionals. I am now honored to advise these incredibly gifted professionals as they work toward their life’s goal: building their own business. I have the awesome duty of helping successful advisors develop their business plans, secure capital, prepare and ultimately launch their new business. These advisors are on a journey to helping their clients create their best life, through advising, planning and executing sound plans to achieve their goals. ══ MOTIVATION ══I have a relentless drive for results. I’ve learned from mentors and leaders (as well as a healthy amount of trial and error) how to adapt my approach to persistently improve and, in turn, build and lead teams that do the same. I believe that building a culture that enables candor is critical to developing a successful team. Without it, teams fail. The best teams are forged with candor, diversity, and superior talent. I strive to build teams that not only win this year but forever. I have learned as a retail consumer lender that advice led to sales more than selling led to sales. If you take the time to help customers make sound decisions, the sales will take care of themselves—in spades. Once we agree on a process to deliver a consistently excellent experience, I don’t waver. Variability and cutting corners can be human nature, so we need to inspect what we do to avoid those traps. I believe in creating a consistent outstanding client experience through laser-focus and attracting top talent.
