I directed customer support operations and directly supported our team of service engineers internationally. My duties included scheduling, supplying technical information, insuring timely parts delivery, and training internationally. I was also the IT manager, and in charge of the implementation, installation, maintenance and security of all computer hardware, software and digital communications.

I was part of a team organized to make design improvements and cost reduction changes. We modernized designs, increased manufacturability and reduced cost.

I performed Installation, calibration, commissioning, tuning, programming, service, and upgrades on automated CNC machine tools and measuring systems. I worked closely with mechanical designers and software engineers to design, develop and implement customer requested custom applications. As this was an international position I performed work at many customers’ remote manufacturing facilities, including: Asia, Australia, Europe, North and South America.
