Project ManagerUs Army Nov 2015 - Nov 2016Fort Bragg, NcExecutive Officer in the 403rd Inland Cargo Transfer Company consisting of 165 personnel. Our primary mission was to quarterly certify and remain 100% mission-ready as part of the Prepared to Deploy Order (PTDO). My role as the Executive Officer was to streamline administrative record-keeping, forecasting and planning training, improving Maintenance services, and overall management of $21 million of property. Throughout my tenure, I emplaced improved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within Training, Administrative, Maintenance, and Supply Sections. This effectively brought readiness stats to 90% and upwards, reduced excess property by over $320,000. Our Supply team was evaluated several times by the Army and was determined to have the best supply room on Fort Bragg and top 5 in the entire Army. Additionally, I was selected to act as the Battalion Maintenance Officer where my responsibility included managing the battalion’s maintenance services consisting of 200+ vehicles with a team of approximately 15 Soldiers. I also volunteered to be the Battalion Fitness Program Supervisor which tackled the physical fitness failures, overweight, and temporarily injured Soldiers. From the startup of this program, we led 40+ Soldiers over a six month period to be reintegrated back into their Units. -

We conducted a one month training deployment to the Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, LA. It was my units role to provide in-transit visibility of assets moving throughout the area of operations, provide highway regulation to the hundreds of vehicles to ensure convoys were not breaking established codes within the Louisiana Department of Transportation and management of two different teams of four responsible for keeping accountability of all vehicles and personnel moving in and out of the area.
