As a member of the senior leadership team and head of the Synapse execution organization in Seattle, I was responsible for balancing and continuously improving the experience of our people, the quality and consistency of our technical output and client satisfaction, and the health of our business.

• Designed and led a robust, strategic, profitable, engaging organization within Synapse• Drove client satisfaction by providing direction for the business unit leadership and project teams• Owned the business unit P&L and reported to the CEO as a Synapse leadership team member• Recruited, managed, mentored, and retained resources within the business unit• Scaled knowledge, best practices, and tools across the organization
