I have over 20 years of experience in game design, writing, production, and creative leadership, working on multiplayer and single player AAA titles across console, PC, mobile, and tabletop. I'm a subject matter expert in systems design, game balance, analytics, character design & customization, mission design, narrative design, dialog systems & production, cinematics, monetization, live operations, games as a service, tutorialization, first-time user experiences, and AR gameplay tech.Currently, I'm the Lead Designer of Iron Hippo Games, a game company that aims to bring tabletop games to people that casual and hardcore gamers can enjoy together.
