Successfully worked with business leaders from 15 distinct integration workstreams to achieve true delivery integration and cost synergy achievement beyond established goals for the over $1B in annual revenue (one of the world’s largest eDiscovery providers).• Integrated 4 eDiscovery analytics teams with separate leadership, tools, offerings, and processes. Consolidated leadership, cross-pollinated delivery teams totaling 35 professionals, and standardized operating procedures, over 12 months. Maintained revenue stability while reducing expenses by over $750K.Data Analytics Leadership• Led and provided oversight for delivery of analytics services supporting eDiscovery project management and managed review teams. Delivery included thousands of delivery requests annually and ranged from structured analytics to workflow strategy consulting.• Responsible for delivery of Technology Assisted Review (TAR) consulting on hundreds of fast moving, high volume, and complex document reviews, including governmental investigations (DOJ, FTC, etc.). These services include protocol design and negotiation, post-review validation and reporting, declaration drafting, and expert witness services (in coordination with counsel). • Served as key stakeholder for Envize (originally iControl ESI’s TAR technology) and all of Consilio’s analytics-related solutions (TAR, Cyber reviews, Investigations, etc.). I served on the executive leadership team responsible for both the iControl and Inventus integrations, and led the combined Managed Services and eDiscovery Data Analytics teams.Integration Leadership• Served as Member of the core executive team, driving synergy and seamless integration of services and products following Legility's (approximately $100M annual revenue) acquisition of iControl (approximately $4M annual revenue) in July 2019, leveraging leadership expertise in delivery management process. • Led integration efforts for Legility and Inventus Managed Services delivery. Organically grown, iControl ultimately achieved and maintained annual revenue of approximately $4M, with consistent profitability. During this tenure, responsibilities evolved from IT and Product Development to comprehensive business leadership.• Responsible for profitability, strategic direction with BOD, and day-to-day leadership for all business functions.• Led all aspects of client support, technical sales support, and operations.• Served as principal Product Owner for Envize, a powerfully effective, intuitive and flexible application utilizing machine learning for automated document classification in Technology Assisted Review workflows (TAR 1.0 (SAL), TAR 2.0 (CAL), etc.), and Recenseo, an end-to-end litigation discovery review platform. Both Envize and Recenseo were proprietary iControl ESI applications.• Provided leadership in Product Architecture and overall technology infrastructure.
