Implemented operating strategies and kpi's which impacted performance and positioned platform for growth. Now a $4B platform. Provided strategic and tactical leadership in developing operational services, including construction, sales, marketing, finance/accounting, seller-financing, IT, and HR. Led Momentis' efforts for a $40mm remediation project to repair 195 condominiums constructed with Chinese-sourced drywall (CDW) including the execution of repair protocol, construction efforts, legal and resident relations.
