Professional:My background in Engineering derived from a passion for problem solving. During my time as an Engineer, my practice of increasing energy efficiency developed into a desire to increase operational efficiency. This steered my career to roles in operations. The positions I held have allowed me to dive into a wide range of business operations and collaborate with various team members. I was able to learn about their process and identify opportunities to make improvements and increase operational efficiency. Moving to the staffing & consulting world has been very fulfilling because it allows me to work with other companies, learn about their operations, and use my experience to provide service that adds value. Personal:I enjoy being active and playing competitive sports (soccer, golf, tennis, beach volleyball, etc.). I like to spend my summers on the beach and winters on the slopes. I enjoy sharing good food with good people. I believe that music is best listened to live. I enjoy traveling, seeing new places and experiencing different cultures & cuisines. I like sitting at the bar on date nights and sharing entrees. I enjoy outings with the family and allowing our boys to experience as much as possible (so much that they go to bed on time after only asking once). I enjoy meeting new people and hearing their stories.
