Our team was also used as a high-focus team for engaging critical at-risk customer accounts who needed extra attention to resolve specific concerns, for which we received many accolades.Some specific responsibilities included facilitating engineering process change adoption on a global scale, this often required training, motivating and collaborating with teams across all McAfee Enterprise business units.
