Danka Australia (now part of the global Konica Minolta group) provided support for Toshiba laptops and printers for a very broad client base throughout Australia. In my role, I developed and implemented high level diagnostic approaches, to ensure effective solutions for our clients.My role was expanded to cover comprehensive support for large network clients who had complex user profiles across challenging environments.
