NetEffect was a startup technical services provider. Led a small team of systems engineers to replace 23 engineers of a major bank in North Carolina who walked out to form a startup. Was responsible for upgrading the bank's core routing and switching facilities while maintaining 100% uptime for global trading in the financial markets.
