Directed a staff of anywhere from two to eight project professionals on a number of projects, including: developing, managing and implementing the Town of Gilbert’s 5-year capital improvement program; construction management services and value engineering for multiple transportation and wastewater projects for Pima County; and a variety of other transportation and utility projects throughout Arizona. Was program manager for the Santan Vista Water Treatment Plant, a $110 million facility owned by two municipalities, which was recognized with 6 major awards including the prestigious Project of the Year award from the Construction Management Association of America.

Project Manager/Engineer for various projects throughout Arizona, Nevada and New Mexico, including the US60/Loop 101 TI; US60, Morristown - Beardsley improvements; Gilbert Road, Southern - University improvements; SR260, Pinetop - Hon-Dah improvements; I-25 & I-40 Corridor Studies in Albuquerque; Southern Beltway interchange and drainage evaluations in Clark County, NV; Harmon Avenue improvements in Clark County, NV; and various other projects. At Dibble & Associates participated on the management team in conduct of strategic planning, marketing, and business management. Led the process to evaluate, justify and open the company’s first ever satellite office in Albuquerque, NM.

Completed the rotational EIT program and held increasingly responsible positions as assistant team leader in Highway Plans, and project manager in the Consultant Management Section, which was later renamed Statewide Project Management. Managed numerous in-house and consultant study and design projects. Was instrumental in the creation and implementation of ADOT’s first generation internal project management process, and managed the first in-house designed project completed under this process to an early, under budget completion.
