I was responsible for the growth and sustainability of our brand in the Gilbert, Arizona area. Each month we established over 50 new personal and business relationships, provided service for over 8,000 households, and ran an average of 7,200 transactions. To ensure profitability, I was bound by strict metrics of performance, covering three major areas: sales, operations, and service. I was responsible for not only the satisfaction of our customers, but also the privacy of their sensitive information, and the protection of hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash that would flow in and out of our branch each day. I led various teams ranging in size from 6 to 12 associates, was accountable for each of their growth and development, and ensuring we all worked together as a team to achieve both their individual goals and our banking center targets. During my tenure as a manager I was involved in the promotion of 6 associates, moving them from teller to banker roles, and another 4 into leadership and management positions. I was also selected as a training location for new bankers and managers, helping them throughout the onboarding process, and ensuring they were set up for success when placed in their permanent branches.
