Jeffrey is a Senior Advisor specializing in representing land sellers throughout the greater Indianapolis area with particular focus on the northside.

Jeffrey is a land-use consultant focused on representing clients on a diverse range of zoning, platting and development challenges within Hamilton County. Jeffrey previously worked for the City of Westfield as an Associate Planner in the Economic and Community Development Department and brings years of zoning and professional planning experience to assist clients in expediting and successfully concluding projects.

Jeffrey worked in the Economic and Community Development Department with the City of Westfield where he served as an Associate Planner. He facilitated development projects through the public approval process. Such tasks included plat and development plan reviews, annexations, establishing EDAs (TIF Districts), crafting PUD ordinances, business attraction, code enforcement and building permit reviews.

There are many divisions under the umbrella of the Indianapolis Department of Metropolitian Development (DMD). Jeffrey worked for the Division of Planning, Zoning and Variances. He assisted with a $1.2 million grant initiative to comprehensively rezone the entire Indianapolis-Marion County area. This project is called "IndyRezone" . He produce website content as well as materials for the project's taskforces and public meetings. He also assisted with a recent proposal for a student housing redevelopment in Indianapolis.

Jeffrey worked in the Indiana State Department of Agriculture--an office of state government and administration--as a summer intern. He worked on the conservation efforts and agricultural administration functions of the ISDA. He prepared maps for a statewide conservation program called the Conservation Reserve Enhancement Program (CREP). He also presented to the Indiana Land Resources Council (ILRC) on Smart Growth in Indiana and compared it to efforts taken in South Carolina--a politically comparable state.
