Financial Analyst • Monthly consolidation, review and reconciliation of financials• Monthly corporate close and forecast as well as supporting corporate managers with financial reports• Preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated balance sheet reconciliation. • Preparation of CFO, Budget and Finance, and ALCO meeting material• Quarterly submission of NCUA 5300 Call Report and preparation of supporting documents• Interpretation and maintenance of Asset Liability Models such as Vantage and Profitstars• Assist in the development of sales, product, and branch profitability• Documentation of the various system & process enhancements• Interact with Board of Directors and Senior Management including CEO, CLO, CIO and CFO on all matters pertinent to internal financial reporting • Regularly provides support to NCUA examiners, as well as internal/external auditorsInvestment Analyst• Manages Credit Union’s $100 million fixed income investment portfolio• Analyze financial information to forecast business, industry, and economic conditions, for use in making investment decisions: Gathers and analyzes company financial statements, industry, regulatory and economic information, and financial periodicals• Interprets data concerning price, yield, stability, maturity gaps, and future trends of investments • Summarizes data describing current and long term trends in investment risks and economic influences pertinent to investments• Recommends investment timing and buy-and-sell orders to company• Recommend modifications to management's investment policy

Provide financial support for Residential Mortgage Backed Securities lines of business for month/quarter-end close;-Reconciling all monthly trading and NII related P/L for each line of business-Providing estimates to management regarding month end revenue activity-Calculating/posting mark to market adjustments on Whole Loan portfolio-RWA calculation to determine minimum amount of capital the Bank must maintain-Preparation of a detailed monthly financial summary-Monitoring and reconciliation of non-agency deal expense reserves and residuals-Additional quarter end close deliverables include specific risk calculation, residuals reporting, and securitization incomeAdditional responsibilities consist of preparation of month-end close activities, along with on-going projects and changes to RMBS LOB functions;-Daily GL reporting and maintenance-GCIB Deal tracking and reconciliation-Providing a detailed spot and rolling quarterly balance sheet daily broken down by desk and product-Validating trade date inventory source data by reconciling to RMBS general ledger trading accounts-Reporting of cusip level inventory and current market values by collateral type, ratings, and settlements as requested by FINRA, FED, or any credit rating agency-Breaking out allocated expenses by lowest level and comparing prior year actual, current year plan, and current year actual to provide to management-Providing finance support to any other inquiries by management or other LOB

-Manage and develop relationships of 400 household clients, each with assets at Vanguard of over $1 million dollars-Participate in detailed portfolio perspective discussions -Discuss gaps in investment performance expectations and identify possible alternatives-Team project leader for Metrics in Motion Ambassador Program

-Manage and develop relationships for clients with assets at Vanguard of over $250K to $1M-Review performance of mutual fund portfolios-Enhance knowledge of risks, rewards, and objectives of Vanguard funds vs. overall marketplace -Maintain thorough working knowledge of all segments of High Net Worth Services-Determine investment objectives, time horizon, risk tolerance and financial needs of clients
