About Jeffrey Lujan

Utilizing his technical, artistic and business background combined with an entrepreneurial acumen, Lujan left feature animated films to join the video game industry.. He quickly acquainted himself with the International industry and intricacies of the games business. Within a few years, he had mastered each segment that supports successful game companies and earned the position of US Director of Operations where he directed Marketing, Business Development, internal and external development and controlled full PNL responsibility.Soon, he became the Global Senior Vice President of Publishing for one of the very first Western, Free-to-Play game publishers. He was instrumental in having North America adopt to this model and successfully penetrated emerging markets such as Turkey, Brazil, Poland and Russia. Lujan eventually realized his potential as an entrepreneur and launched a 300 person company, “True Games”. Through raising $24MM, he was able to develop western free to play content and operate his games within the US, Europe and through his 40+ employee studio in Beijing China.After exiting True Games through the purchase of Disney acquiring his investor, Lujan started and operated a small technology and mobile gaming company, Digital Harmony for three years. Today, Lujan is a dedicated and focused recruiter in the video game space. His working knowledge of the industry provides a tremendous advantage in hiring and efficiencies across all the operating disciplines.. Lujan’s philosophy in recruiting is that he does NOT take on any and every client.
