• Developed hyaluronic acid hydrogels capable of sequential cross-linking under UV exposure.
• Dynamically stiffened the hydrogel substrates and measure cellular traction forces.

• Research focus on multiple strains/resistances of HL60 Acute promyelocytic Leukemia cell line.
• Treat cells with retinoic acid (RA) and kinase inhibitor (PP2), collected lysate and analyzed Western Blots by using antibodies to probe for proteins of interest.
• Developed theory to why leukemia cells respond to RA by committing to granulite differentiation.
• Model the TMEK/ERK activation pathway, with particular interest on where the Craf protein is in the cell.
• Assimilated aseptic lab techniques for working with mammalian cells.
