We are a 501c3 nonprofit that organizes, plans, and executes nonviolent video game events with underserved youth and police officers. These video gaming events will establish and promote positive relationships between underserved youth and police officers so that the underserved youth and police officers will begin to humanize each other and develop respect, care, and concern for one another. We will do the same with technology professionals as they team up with our youth to create video games as a way for our youth to learn first hand about the many careers in technology. Also these video gaming events will be used as a vehicle to create exposure and interest toward "in demand" 21st century high tech careers in video game design/development, code programming, software development, mobile app development, web development, cyber security, geospatial, robotics, drones, and virtual & augmented video reality development. We will soon use Esports as another vehicle to expose our youth to STEM careers. Plan, organize, lead, and mentor programs for diverse groups of youth and teens from all social and economic backgrounds. Effectively communicate and execute programs in fitness, STEM, and teen community leadership so that youth and teens can develop pathways to success.

Responsible for the research, development, and coordination of new business and investment opportunities which helped with the due diligence and decision making by our executive management. We offered access to funding with venture capitalists & private equity firms, joint venture partnerships, endorsements, and sponsorships to startups & emerging companies, small and midsize companies in various sectors of the business world. Some of those sectors included technology, energy, biotech, manufacturing, healthcare, commercial real estate, sports & entertainment. In addition, Brandon Williams Economic Development Corporation partnered with active and retired professional athletes nationwide, along with well connected investment partners, in providing access to capital which enhanced the success of the business ventures that were accepted. Assisted with the planning, coordination, and implementation of the first 2012 Venture Draft Conference-St. Louis held at St. Louis University. This conference brought together leaders in sports, business, technology, finance, and academia. It provided professional athletes investment opportunities by connecting them with the technology sector to create new businesses and better ways to help with the economy.

Review and assess member nonprofit agencies who are seeking funding which supports their operational expenses. Make decisions regarding the amount of funding United Way will invest in each agency based on programs, governance, finance, and administration.

Assisted customers and companies in settling disputes amicably. Provided guidance and education to customers who were having problems with businesses.

Negotiated, purchased, rented, and managed my personal rental properties.

Served as an intermediary & consultant between business owners who were selling their businesses and buyers who were seeking ownership.
