I was on the original team with Radisson Hotels that opened and trained the staff of the Radisson Hotel Lazurnaya in Sochi Russia. I worked first as a Director of Training then later moved over to Executive House Keeper. Later I held the position of Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in Radisson Hotel Slavjankaya for several years. I have a keen understanding of what it takes to work and succeed in a Russian environment.
