As Vice President of Client Consulting and Services, I am accountable for overseeing the development and execution of all experiential marketing and consumer engagement initiatives to achieve established brand awareness and KPI goals, deliver a differentiated customer experience, and position clients optimally to achieve their growth objectives. To carry out my mandate, I leverage a combination of field research, market analysis, consumer insights, journey mapping, and customer segmentation to create marketing roadmaps that facilitate new ways to engage, retain, and cultivate authentic connections with the target audience.Among my accomplishments, I have:➥ Built mentor-mentee relationships with individual talent.➥ Established experiential marketing processes that are standardized, scalable, and informed by industry best practices. ➥ Routinely resolved conflicts, eliminated friction points, and removed barriers to team performance.➥ Designed a first-of-its-kind program (including brick & mortar stores, pop-up stores, mobile kiosks, and a community marketing program) that launched a new product and successfully scaled from 1 market to 4 states.

As Sr. Director of Client Consulting and Services, I was responsible for implementing a suite of experiential marketing programs for some of the most recognizable global brands.Some of my additional contributions include:➥ Facilitated commercially successful new product launches within highly regulated market environments and industries.➥ Established a portfolio of high-profile clients, including: Bank of America, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, NFL, Target, and Weber.

As Director of Client Management, I was tasked with managing and supervising the account team.
