About Jeffrey Main

As a co-founder of Point of Pride and the previous Board Secretary, I have spent over a decade leading and growing the organization, from spearheading and overseeing the programs to cultivating donors and partnerships. During those years, volunteering with Point of Pride had been a labor of love—something I worked on during nights and weekends while working a full-time job in marketing and web development.In July 2023, I joined Point of Pride as Executive Director. My first-ever job was in the non-profit sector, and so returning to service, especially service to my fellow trans and gender diverse siblings, has been a deeply fulfilling experience.Driven by my own experiences as a transgender man and my unwavering passion for health equity, I am committed to the profound, often life-saving impact that gender-affirming care brings to individuals' lives.
