Utilizes a custom Excel template with integrated PowerShell Module to generate all site-specific voice routing configuration; dial plans, normalization rules, voice policies, voice routes, trunk configurations, etc.• Develop phone number management process to include automated number assignment and capacity planning in environment with over 250,000 OnPrem and 100,000 Online DID’s.• Create custom script to compare and synchronize over 10,000 subnets in 3rd party network management application with Skype for Business on prem and online network configuration• Develop multitude of custom Skype CDR SQL Reports to identify specific Skype user and site data for proactive user improvement or incident diagnosis• Architect a Certificate Management platform to track, request, import and assign certificates annually for Skype Pools and Branch Site Appliances.

• Maintain network hardware and Windows Server 2003 for Mercedes Benz of Devon. Also installed and setup Symantec Client Security 3.0 to ensure end users were given restricted access to the web and to protect the company's computers from virus infection.• Able to troubleshoot and install a brand new fiber optic connection for the Chester Education Foundation. The new connection enabled the client and their partner, SWCS (a subdivision of Weidner University), to continue to carry out day to day operations without further interruption.• Installed MRTG to graph network traffic for American Seaboard International, allowing the management to see which end users were using the majority of the company's bandwidth and to track the usage of server resources. This saved the company money and downtime by allowing me to help the company plan server upgrades before the situation became critical.• Installed and configured smart Cisco switches and 3COM firewall at BCA Employee Management Group during off hours and achieved zero downtime for the customer • Built security hardware for the State of Pennsylvania. I did the bench work for a project involving wireless security cameras that were controlled by PDA's. The project was successfully completed and rolled out to law enforcement officials.• Upgraded the entire network for TAI and Alpine Electronics to be more secure, easier to use, and easier to maintain by allowing their mission critical software to operate more efficiently. Tasks included designing two new servers, putting the entire network behind a firewall, setting up private I.P. Addresses, joining all workstations to a new domain, setting up user permissions with Active Directory, and installing Microsoft Exchange.
