Designed services portfolio, organization and operations to deliver services to onboard, support and retain Large Enterprise and Mid-Market customers. Successfully onboarded approximately 1000 new customers, and provided support to more than 1200 customers. Marketo (NASDAQ: MKTO) had a successful IPO in May 2013.
