Responsible for day-to-day management of the studio, Post-Production and all marketing/sales initiatives. Also still active in project management, executive producing and production management on commercials, visual effects shoots and corporate video.

Creating and overseeing production budgets for various projects including Broadcast Programs, Commercial spots, Infomercials,TV Shows and Films, based on scripts and/or storyboards. Collaberating with Directors, Ad Agencies, Production Companies and Clients on how to turn their creative ideas into a reality. Responsible for all aspects of production including hiring and managing crew, vendors, and equipment rental needs. Arranging casting sessions and negotiating talent contracts including rates and usage. Location scouting and managing. Making all travel arrangements and handling logisitics. In charge of all budget and accounting matters, including issuing petty cash to various departments, calculating payroll and paying vendors. Actualizing all job costs and responsible for final budget outcome.
