CurrentResponsible for servant leadership of multiple scrum teams in person, then remote effective March 2020.Facilitate the daily standup meetings.Assist the Product Owner in running the Backlog Refinement meeting.Assist the Development team in presenting the Sprint Demo.Assist the Development team to set goals and have a productive sprint planning meeting.Running the Sprint Retrospective and helping facilitate continuous improvement of the team.Coordinating Release Planning meetings when required.Reporting out productivity to Management.Resolve roadblocks for team members.Protect the scrum process and ensure productivity and accountability of the team and its members.Mentor other departments and help them implement the Scrum framework on their own teams.Work with business and product owner to refine and clarify user stories.
