Advisen was acquired by Zywave in Nov 2020.JMC joined Zywave's Senior Leadership Team in Jan 2021.

As President, I am responsible for Advisen’s global business development strategy of the company’s Data business and Media business. I lead all client-facing as well as Media and marketing resources.

My EVP role at Advisen encompassed setting strategy, leading global business development and managing sales people and sales teams, acquiring new business, retaining existing business, directing client experience, and working with channel partners. I led all of our Data sales initiatives, and I was also responsible for our Media business. All client-facing people in the organization reported to me. My role enabled me to influence the evolution of our product suites, the expansion of our brand & our corporate footprint, and shape our branding, marketing & promotional activities.I reported directly to the CEO, I was a member of the firm's Strategy Group and the Executive Committee, and I am a stalwart steward of the firm's corporate culture. In Aug 2018, I was named as a Board Observer to the Board of Directors.

JMC led all media business development teams, and was responsible for marketing and promoting Advisen’s events, white papers, and research.

JMC headed sales & marketing. His primary objectives were to lead new client acquisition efforts as well as play a key role in client services, client support and operations.

JMC played a variety of roles in sales, sales management & global marketing.
