I finished my 2nd Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Northern Illinois University in 2016. I received my first degree in 2012 in Sport Management from NIU as well. I also graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Mathematics with Business and Biology Minors at Carthage College in Kenosha, WI in May 2008. I have had many professional experiences that molded me into the person I am today. I currently work as a Strength and Conditioning Coach/Corrective Exercise Specialist where I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients that have helped me become a better coach with not only with the actual training portion, but also with the vital aspect of being able to communicate and relate to people as well.Previously I had interned with young athletes at Get Fast Inc. in St. Charles, IL along with The Ripken Experience and Rockford RiverHawks and while obtaining my Masters, I was fortunate enough to work for Northern Illinois University as a Graduate Assistant as well as a Part-time Faculty. I take pride in being dependable and trusted to complete tasks, no matter how small or large. I believe in leading by example and showing my employees/coworkers/clients I care and want them to succeed. I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with numerous jobs were it was necessary to be flexible and adaptable to a changing landscape. I find myself always hungry to learn and to improve myself through daily challenges.Since the completion of my degree I hope to someday be able to work in a setting to help others improve their lives through exercise. I'm open to working with athletes strive to improve physical performance or working in a hospital setting helping cardiovascular patients regain everyday function. I enjoy seeing people being able to achieve feats they never though possible.
