I worked on multiple projects at the same time and sometimes I led the group of BI engineers for the project.I worked on projects for various departments and various data sources (Oracle, Sql Server, spreadsheet, FTP, HTTPS Post method, MySql). I also worked with large data sets (over 1 billion rows), as well as using CDC (Change Data Capture) techniques.I worked with the data warehouse on Oracle Exadata and implemented the ETLP to take advantage of the Hybrid Columnar Compression (HCC) technology.

As an online instructor I facilitated the online course for BYU-I teaching Business Intelligence and Analytics (Excel, Reporting, Power BI, Tableau, k-means clustering, decision trees, linear and logistic regression, etc). This consisted of me giving weekly videos and posts to help guide the students on projects and assignments for the course. I also gave feedback and grading on assignments. Additionally, I created my own weekly gospel integration discussion dealing with the material they were learning.As a course representative I reported problems and gave suggestions for the course. I also helped rewrite various instructions and suggested new material to help with the quality of the course.Some highlights:1. Consistently rated high quality instructor with at least 75% of students rating as Excellent or Exceptional.2. Used influence to get a TA for the course to help and course content changes.3. Helped rewrite and reorganize the course resulting in an average 10% increase in ratings related to course quality measures.
