-Administrate 8 domestic Alternative Break service experiences and 3 International Service Immersion experiences for the Merrimack College Community-Supervise 22 student leaders and faculty/staff advisers through individual, bi-weekly “four-on-one” meetings-Oversee 5 week-long student participant interview and selection processes conducted by student leaders-Facilitate a large group meeting on Catholic Social Teaching and a pre-departure orientation for each service experience-Generate budget projections for all service experiences each fiscal year-Collaborate with student leaders on recruitment of over 100 student participants-Evaluate and select 22 faculty/staff advisers-Plan joint service experience reunion for all service experiences-Establish formal agreements with community partners to host service experiences-Develop relationships with new domestic and international community partners for future service -opportunities-Interview and select 22 student leaders for all service experiences-Create and implement post-experience reflection projects for all service experiences-Provide spiritual companionship to all students
