Jeff Mikula serves as the senior vice president, Advisory Services for Coffee+Dunn. He is responsible for ensuring that the company's advisory products and services offerings solve client go-to-market challenges, optimize customer engagement levels, and generate value across the customer experience. Prior to joining Coffee+Dunn, Jeff served as the vice president, Marketing and Communications at Vizient where he developed award-winning marketing programs for Vizient’s analytics technologies, network services, and market intelligence capabilities. His work helped launch and transform the Vizient brand into the industry’s leading healthcare performance improvement organization. Throughout his career, Jeff has been admired for building brands and accelerating growth for organizations in the midst of significant business transformation. Prior to joining Vizient, Jeff served as the vice president, Global Marketing for Hillrom where he developed high-impact marketing strategies that drove profitable growth and increased market share, in conjunction with Hillrom’s global expansion efforts. Prior to Hillrom, Jeff held leadership roles overseeing downstream product marketing, branding, advertising, events, digital, public relations, and sales enablement at GE’s energy and healthcare businesses. He led GE Healthcare’s “Healthcare Re-imagined” worldwide brand positioning effort, managed the marketing of GE Energy’s “Ecomagination” sustainability platform, and was a member of the GE brand leadership team that developed and launched GE’s “Imagination at Work” global brand strategy efforts. He has extensive marketing agency, sales, and strategic planning experience and has consulted with a number of Fortune 500 companies in the technology, healthcare, agriculture, financial, and manufacturing industries.With more than 25 years of healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and energy marketing experience, Jeff has a long list of industry recognitions, including having his work highlighted in ADWEEK, Advertising Age, and Exhibitor publications. He was recognized for BtoB Campaign of the Year, Most Remembered Trade Show Booth, and received the American Marketing Association Dallas Chapter “Marketer of the Year” for his Vizient enterprise brand strategy efforts. Jeff has been a member of the CMO Club, Corporate Executive Board’s Marketing Advisory Committee, the CMO Collective Advisory Board, and the MidMarket CMO Forum Advisory Committee.
