Jeff is the New York Office Section Head for the Real Estate and Communications Sections and is a member of the Environmental Section. He has represented large national companies, particularly in the digital infrastructure, financial services, non-profit, educational, supermarket and oil and gas sectors, as well as smaller local clients.Jeff’s real estate practice is both national and local including representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial loans, landlords and tenants in all types of leases, owners and developers in the acquisition, sale, development and renovation of property, and the representation of all parties in real estate litigation.He has a unique specialty in the intersection of real estate and communications issues experience representing landlords, tenants and communications service providers in the leasing, purchase, sale and financing of rooftop antennas, switch facilities and data centers and fiber optic transactions, wiring of buildings for broadband communications access and power and energy issues related to real estate and other technology matters. Jeff is admitted to practice in the States of New York, Florida and Massachusetts and in the District of Columbia.
