Developed an industry-leading solution architecture (HP OpenStore) and extensive partner ecosystem (150 ISV's) which combined with cross-division collaborative effort led to becoming the leader in distributed computing and growing revenues from $10M to over $1B. Partner ecosystem grew to 150 partners spanning the full breadth of retail store applications plus key corporate apps (BI, ERP). Identified targets and directed equity investments that accelerated server revenue growth derived from partner produced applications and integrations. Worked with the CIO's at many of the leading retailers to drive technology-enabled innovations that impacted revenues and customer value creation.
