Partnered with the Baltimore Police Department (BPD) CIO to provide helpdesk and critical infrastructure, migrations to internal cloud, support freeing up 12% of BPD IT’s budgeted funds for strategic priorities.Aligned citywide IT strategic plans with agency needs by working with agency CIO.  With the BPD; identified opportunities for cost-effective investment of financial resources in IT systems and resources, including staffing, sourcing, purchasing, and in-house development. Modernized mobile device management for over 5,000 city employees. With this upgrade, consolidated messaging, archiving, and device management services citywide, resulting in increased performance and estimated annual savings of over $ 400,000.
